KPS is a boutique, London-based full-service design, build and property consultancy founded by Elias and Halah Kalakeche. We offer an end-to-end service and subject to our clients needs, our scope of work includes property consultancy, searches and acquisitions, high quality build and luxury refurbishments- including extensions and conversions, interior design, furnishing services and project and property management.
Halah Kalakeche, Founder
I have ten years of experience working across various disciplines in the Prime Central London property market. I began my career working as a residential sales agent, subsequently heading the sales department of a boutique agency in St John’s Wood, London, NW8 followed by another in Fitzrovia, London W1.
Having always had a passion for property, architecture and design, what began as a supplementary project management and furnishing service for overseas landlords and owners, developed into a partnership with Elias and his team of building contractors, to provide an end to end property service.
At KPS, I provide property consultancy services for both local and non-resident buyers, owners and landlords- advising on matters pertaining to current market conditions, trends and relevant legislative changes with a primary focus on Prime Central London, as well as a property search agent service, project management, design and furnishing services and being the point of call for property management queries.
My client’s confidence and satisfaction is my greatest priority and as such, providing a high quality and comprehensive service is of the utmost importance to me.
Elias Kalakeche, Founder
I have over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, having completed my training in the 1970’s. By the early 1980’s, I was a senior project manager for a number of luxury commercial developments in Abu Dhabi, including a site and construction team manager- through to the final fit-out, of the first Le Meridien Hotel, Abu Dhabi, the Ramses Hilton in Cairo and a number of palatial residences in Qatar - including the Al Thani Palace.
In the mid 1980’s I relocated to London where, having developed a network in the UAE, established a building contracting business and team, offering a service for luxury residential and commercial projects from build to fit out and completion.
With many of our clients being non-resident owners, quality workmanship, trust and integrity are pillars of our approach. All of our work is compliant with British Standard regulations and EICR certified.
